ALIXIR Organic Remover is a high-performance renovating cleaner developed to eliminate organic and microbiological growth and staining from a wide range of surfaces. Supplied as a sophisticated light gel, it adheres effectively to vertical and horizontal substrates to target and eradicate moss, lichen, and algae, restoring the natural integrity and appearance of the material.
The formulation is entirely free from solvents, acids, and caustic soda, ensuring a professional-grade result without compromising the structural stability of sensitive substrates. The thixotropic gel consistency ensures extended interaction with contaminants, facilitating the removal of stubborn biological growth across a wide range of materials, including natural stone, concrete, tarmac, brick, aggregates and terracotta.

it works
ALIXIR Organic Remover utilises an advanced, high-performance, water-based alkaline formulation designed to penetrate the substrate and chemically disrupt the cellular structure of organic and microbiological contaminants. The thixotropic gel delivery system ensures maximum interaction time with the surface, facilitating a targeted biocidal action that neutralises moss, lichen and algae at the root level. Its non-caustic chemical composition ensures effective results without compromising the inherent integrity of sensitive substrates. This deep-cleaning process not only renovates the surface but also provides long-term benefits by inhibiting the rapid recolonisation of biological organisms
Application Instructions
Supplied ready to use. Shake container well before use. Remove any debris, moss or fungi if removable before application. Apply neat to a dry or slightly damp surface using a brush, roller or sprayer. Ensure generous and even coverage over the entire area and surface is saturated. Leave for 30–90 minutes, agitating with a brush will enhance cleaning action, then rinse with water. For enhanced brightening of external surfaces, allow up to 8 hours dwell time before rinsing. Repeat if required. Protect cleaned surfaces with ALIXIR Stone Protector to limit regrowth. Do not mix with other cleaners or acids and always consult the MSDS before use.

Coverage Rate
Figures are approximate and provided as a general guideline. Actual consumption is determined by the density of organic growth:
Heavy Soiling: Approximately 3m²/Litre
Light Soiling: Approximately 5m²/Litre
Always test on a trial area first to ascertain more precise coverage for the specific project.
Equipment Cleaning
Clean tools and equipment immediately after use with water.
Storage & Shelf Life
Store in a dry place, away from frost and heat, in a temperature between 5°C and 30°C. Shelf life is 12 months from the production batch date when kept in the original unopened container.
Recommendations & Curing
Do not apply if rain is expected within 6 hours. To achieve a brightening effect on weathered external surfaces, extend the dwell time for up to 8 hours before rinsing. Always conduct a trial application on an inconspicuous area to confirm consumption rates and material compatibility. Do not apply during rain or frost, or when surface and air temperatures are below 10°C or above 30°C. Protect adjacent foliage and sensitive surfaces during use, and once clean and dry, treat with a ALIXIR Stone Protector to inhibit future biological regrowth.

IF IN EYES:
