  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • United Kingdom

  • Selected international destinations (subject to availability)

If your location is not listed at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

United Kingdom
  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days

  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (if available)

International Shipping
  • Standard International: 7–14 business days (varies by destination)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected delivery method.

  • Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details (where available). Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to become active.

6. Delays and Service Interruptions

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, ALIXIR is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs inspections

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international shipments:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer

  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee

  • ALIXIR is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate at checkout. ALIXIR is not responsible for:

  • Orders delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses

  • Additional shipping costs incurred for reshipment due to customer errors

9. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date)

  • Provide your order number and clear photos (if applicable)

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

10. Partial Shipments

In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately. You will be notified if this occurs, and tracking information will be provided for each shipment.

11. Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

If an order is refused or not collected:

  • Return shipping and handling costs may be deducted from any applicable refund

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
