At ALIXIR, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our Returns & Exchanges policy below to understand eligibility, timelines, and procedures.

1. 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The product must be in resalable condition

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or partially used

  • Items damaged due to improper storage or misuse

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@alixir.uk within 30 days of receiving your order

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return

  3. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved

Please do not send items back without authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as ALIXIR is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

5. Exchanges

We only replace or exchange items if:

  • The product is defective

  • The wrong item was shipped

  • The product was damaged during transit

If you require an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. Subject to availability, we will arrange a replacement or alternative solution.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Please note:

  • Banks or payment providers may take additional time to post the refund

  • Partial refunds may apply if items are returned in a non-original condition

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of:

  • The product

  • Packaging

  • Shipping label

This allows us to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.

8. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only. Once an order has been shipped, it must follow the standard return process.

9. Right to Refuse Returns

ALIXIR reserves the right to refuse returns that:

  • Do not comply with this policy

  • Appear to be fraudulent

  • Show signs of misuse or damage
